What makes Kyura Candles premium?

Every Kyura candle is thoughtfully designed and hand-poured in small batches in Delhi NCR, India, and housed in beautiful vessels meant to elevate your space. We use an exquisite blend of high-quality waxes and premium, custom-formulated fragrance oils to ensure a clean burn and a sophisticated aroma.
What kind of wax do you use?
We use a specialized selection of waxes depending on the collection, including all-natural soy wax, creamy coconut wax, and high-clarity gel wax. This allows us to create beautiful aesthetics alongside a slower, cleaner burn that carries our fragrances beautifully.
What types of wicks do you use?
We use Eco Wicks across all our collections. These are premium, coreless cotton wicks interwoven with special paper filaments. They are designed to minimize mushrooming, soot, and smoke, ensuring an even and clean burn.
What kind of fragrances do you use? Are they safe?
We use premium fragrance oils specifically engineered and tested for candles. These high-grade oils ensure a strong, beautiful scent throw (both hot and cold) while adhering to strict safety and quality standards, making them completely safe for your space.

Candle Care & Burn Tips
How do I prevent my candle from "tunneling"?
The first burn is the most important. Ensure that the first time you light your candle, you let it burn until the melted wax pool reaches all the edges of the vessel (usually 2–3 hours). This sets the "memory" of the wax and ensures an even burn for the rest of its life.
Why do I need to trim the wick?
Trimming your Eco Wick to about 1/4 inch before every single burn is essential. It keeps the flame at a safe, controlled height, prevents soot, and helps your candle last much longer.
How long should I burn my candle at one time?
We recommend burning your candle for a maximum of 3 to 4 hours at a time. Burning it longer can cause the vessel to overheat and the wick to drift.

Where do you deliver?
Currently, Kyura Candles offers delivery exclusively within the Delhi NCR region.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Because our candles are poured and prepared with care, orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 6 business days.
How will my order be packaged?
To keep our focus entirely on the quality of the candle itself, we currently offer standard, basic packaging that ensures your product is securely nestled and protected during transit.
Returns, Damaged Items & Refunds
What is your return policy?
No, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the delicate and artisanal nature of our products.
What should I do if my glass jar breaks during delivery?
We take utmost care in packing our glass vessels, but we understand transit accidents can happen. For genuine cases where a glass jar breaks during delivery, we can process a refund/replacement under the following strict conditions:
